Smelly, moldy cheese
So, my friend and I are doing science fair together. Our topic that we picked was which cheese gets moldy faster out of marble jack, feta, cheddar, and mozzarella. Our hypothesis was that marble jack would. We were wrong; it was mozzarella. But anyway it was at my friend's house getting all moldy and juicy and brown and yellow-eww!! But I went over to her house to work on it and her mom suggested that I take it home. So I did and guess where it is? Under my bed at my mom's house!! And the worst part is that we're bringing it to school to show with our board. It's going to stink up everything. Just another update on my life! :)

ReplyDeleteI think the mozzarella is a fresher cheese, that might be why it got moldy faster. I would have guessed the feta would have been the first to turn.
